What is Mindset Coaching?
Mindset Coaching is a partnership between client and coach, where by a client who is committed to growth and change is aided by the years of study and experience of their coach in clarifying meaningful goals, overcoming all obstacles, and taking rewarding action towards a future they are committed to achieving.
A Mindset Coach can help you:
- Discover clarity and purpose for your life.
- Tap into your personal drive.
- Move beyond barriers.
- Create an action plan to realise your goals.
- Feel real joy on a consistent basis.
- Create the habits for success.
- Align your values and beliefs.
Life coaching enables people to move towards their goals whatever they may be; relationship, career, fitness or personal.
How can Mindset/Life Coaches make such Broad Claims?
Although the lists of problems people experience are almost limitless, the causes are few because of the common patterns of the human mind.
Through changing the way the mind processes information, we change the analysis and decision making process which results in different thoughts, feelings and actions for the future.
If we change these three things, we effect every part of your life which clarifies the claims made by coaches.

How is Coaching Different from Therapy?
Coaching is not an alternative to psychology where therapists deal with serious mental health issues. However, a coach will often work alongside these other professions to help aid the client in achieving their desired outcomes in life.
Therapy and counselling generally deal with relieving a particular problem from the past. Mindset or Life Coaching takes a wholistic view of the clients life and what they want for the future. The coach aligns with the client fostering personal growth and creating clear direction towards the desired outcomes.
Where required a professional life coach will always refer a patient to a mental health professional.
